Tammy Nolan, ARNP
Tammy has been in medicine for over 27 years with a career path that has ultimately led to her passion for Wellness, Functional Medicine and disease prevention. After years of life experience in what would be considered conventional medicine, both in family practice and the specialty of women's health, tammy felt there had to be a better way for her patients to live better, healthier lives. In the last 9 years, Tammy’s functional medicine practice, known as Choice Health & Wellness, has grown from a small one room practice to a thriving multifaceted wellness clinic.
In addition to helping patients live better overall, Choice Helth & Wellness specializes in hormone optimization, intimate wellness, cardiac disease prevention, and much, much more. Choice Health & Wellness is a culmination of Tammy’s ideals of treating each individual as just that, an individual and empowering them to be the best version of themselves. Most recently she has made the decision to expand her practice to include a Medical Spa which will officially launched at the end of 2023.
Mandy Konsack Rast, Medical Assistant-Certified
I was fortunate enough to be born and raised in Okanogan, WA. After high school I spent several years going to school and working in Seattle, which is where Tammy Nolan and I met in 2004 when we worked on the same team at Seattle Reproductive Medicine. We quickly became friends, being the only 2 Eastern Washingtonians, bonding over farm stories. Before moving on, we made plans to work with each other again someday. Life happened and the stars aligned and I landed in Moses Lake, which has been my home for the last 8 years, and I was able to work with Tammy again. I quickly fell in love with Functional Medicine and Choice Health and Wellness has become more than I could have wished for, for myself and my friend. In my down time, I choose to be outside on adventures with my little girl and dog.
Alycia Garcia, Clinical Director
I was born and raised in Moses Lake. I moved away as a young adult to go to school and work in retail sales. After working for many years in sales and marketing, I found that I loved being able to recommend products and services that would truly help people. I first heard Tammy Nolan speak at a local Women's Health event and I loved what she had to say. I was not only inspired by her passion, but intrigued by her approach to medicine. Just a few years later, Tammy put up an ad for a receptionist and it felt as though it was meant to be. Choice Health & Wellness has been the perfect fit for me. Tammy's passion for her clients and community has blossomed into the growing clinic that we have today and I have had the privilege of helping foster that growth. Choice Health & Wellness has changed my family's health for the better and I am blessed to be able to help other families feel the same. You can catch my husband and I volunteering at many local events or playing with our son and dogs on the lake. 
Nicole Clemetson, RN, BSN
I was born and raised in Moses Lake. While working various jobs around town, I found a passion for helping others, which ultimately led me to a career in nursing. Alycia and I have been friends for many years, and when she told me about CH&W and functional medicine, I knew that that is where I needed to be. I have had the joy of watching the clinic grow every year and have had the honor to help develop our Medical Spa. I am passionate about helping people look and feel like the best versions of themselves and I am glad I get to come to work every day and make that a reality. When I am not working, you will usually see my husband and I volunteering with Civil Air Patrol or at various other events around town.
Shandra Aragon, Front Office Manager
Shandra has an extensive background in refining and superior customer relations. She herself is the picture of professionalism and personifies the concept of relationship before task! She is our glue, our go-to (and generally just a whole lotta fun!). We are blessed to have her. "When I am away from Choice Health & Wellness, I love spending time with my 2 boys, Kody and Elijah and my husband Alex who is truly my best friend and my rock in life. We love spending time on the lake boating with friends, camping, taking walks-- anything outdoors and active. Oh, and game nights!”

I am a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. I was a stay-at-home mom for 7 years and then decided it was time to go back to work. I knew I didn’t want to settle for just any career, and when the opportunity arose to work for Tamera Nolan at Choice Health and Wellness, I was ecstatic. Having a limited background in the medical field. I was skeptical, but with the help of our amazing team, I have excelled and can’t wait to see what comes next. I really enjoy being able to help patients get all of their records where they need to be to ensure they receive optimal care. Outside of choice health and wellness you can find my family and I doing anything outdoors whether it be in the water, sand, or on the mountain.
Dave Montgomery Burns, HR
I Dave. I love walks humans and food. I am terrible at HR and fantastic at receiving belly rubs. If you don’t see me it’s because I am napping or playing with my kids. I accept bribes in the form of treats and/or belly rubs.
